Stayca Getaway; The Elms Hotel & Spa

I made it a tradition to visit the Elms Hotel & Spa every year for the last 3 years straight. This year I wanted to take my gorgeous daughters to experience a 3-day weekend of relaxation and downtime that included good eats and lots of fun! Even though I'm not a big fan of the cold weather, wintertime is the perfect time to visit the Elms.

With all of the amenities they have to offer I always leave the place feeling like a brand-new person. I must say the Grotto is my favorite! it comes with any service that's provided to you. First time visiting, I got massage, the 2nd visit I tried the Hydro tub. This time around, I gave the Halo Cave and outdoor hot try. Their very thoughtful amenities and service will ensure that your stay is very welcoming

88 At the Elms

We started the first full day with breakfast at the restaurant 88 At the Elms. The food was amazing! we ordered pretty much everything on the menu and didn't let any of it go to waste. Everything was so fresh and well prepared; the waitress was extremely nice and made sure she took great care of us.

European Lap Pool

The European Lap Pool is my favorite! I can spend hours trying to swim around in it, I say trying because I don't know how to swim, good the pool was only 4 ft deep. The girls were absolutely in love! They wouldn't stay out of it the entire stay. I love how they have the cold and hot tub at the end of the pool just in case you want to cool off in the cold tub, or warm up in the hot tub.

The Halo Cave

The Halo Cave is designed to enhance relaxation, it’s very beneficial for overall wellness by removing the toxicity from the respiratory system, improving the function and appearance of the skin, and boosting the immune system. In the Halo Cave you are not only surrounded by salt but there is also a generator crushing salt into tiny particles and releases them in the air for you to consume.

Each light has its own benefits. I chose the pink light, it eliminates impurities in the blood stream, cleanses the body and strengthens the veins. This was a great experience I enjoyed every 45 minutes of my time relaxing and releasing all the toxicity in my body. I felt very refreshed afterwards.

The Lounging Areas

The lounging area is very cozy, feels a lot like home with the fireplace going keeping the place nice and warm. The entry area is also a nice set up, the whole Hotel & Spa is everything you need for a wonderful stay.

CHEERS!!! I say the Elms hotel & Spa is made for a full self-care getaway; it gives me the ability to really reflect on life, like focusing on like my family, goals and long-term endeavors. Just being able to get away with my girls and allow them to have that same experience, was everything I've always wanted for them.
